About

I am Rae Gross, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (146447), dedicated to providing clients with a holistic approach to therapy. My therapeutic framework combines elements of depth psychology, internal family systems theory, existentialism, shadow work (Jung), attachment theory, mindfulness, and emotionally focused therapy.

I work with individuals and couples facing a broad spectrum of challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, cancer and chronic illness, ADHD, relational and intimacy issues, religious abuse, psychedelic integration, and family of origin trauma. As a sex-positive therapist, I welcome clients from all walks of life, embracing diverse lifestyle and relationship paths, including monogamy, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), kink, gender expression, and the LGBTQ+ community.

My approach blends contemporary treatments with well-established modalities to enhance mental health. I'm currently expanding my expertise through enrollment in the Polaris Insight Center’s Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Training, participation in the Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training program at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and the successful completion of the MAPS MDMA training program.
